From humble beginnings in the mid-2000s, MrBadges has grown into one of Australia’s most trusted suppliers of custom badges, patches and insignia. We’re proud to have supplied the Australian Defence Force for decades, and we take the same care with every project, big or small. Today, we supply everyone from the Police Force to Girl Guides, clubs, small businesses, resellers and national retailers.
We’re proudly based in Sydney, NSW, with production facilities around the world. Every order is checked, packed and dispatched locally to ensure world-class quality with genuine personal service. Many of our customers have been with us for years because we care as much as they do – and dispatch days are still our favourite, sending out parcels of creativity across Australia.

Mike Gordon
Founder
With over 20 years’ experience in badges, he’s usually the one you’ll speak to first. Handles the tricky stuff, keeps things moving, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. From big government contracts to the small nitty gritty jobs, Mike’s on it. If something needs sorting, it gets sorted.
In his spare time, if there is such a thing, he’s chasing after his kids, following horse racing, and backing the mighty Canberra Raiders.

Rick
Design & Production Coordinator
Design guru who makes sure your artwork actually works in real life. Turns ideas into clean, production-ready designs and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If it looks good and stitches well, Rick’s had a hand in it. Adds the human touch that AI can’t quite replicate.
Fun fact: Rick knows the flags and capital cities of every country in the world. Not sure it’ll ever come in handy at Mr Badges, but there’s still time.

Alessandra
Admin & Operations
Runs invoicing, dispatch, and tracking. Keeps everything organised and moving. If it’s on the way, Alessandra’s already across it, and usually a step ahead. Makes sure orders go out on time, details are right, and nothing gets missed.
Also happens to be Mike’s better half, and the one keeping him in line. Juggles parenthood and patches like a pro, and can bake a mean sourdough from scratch.
