At MrBadges, we take pride in knowing where our products come from and who helps us make them.
Our production facilities follow strict international standards for safety, fair labour and environmental care… not because it looks good on paper, but because it’s simply the right way to do business.
This is part of our broader commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) — making sure every badge, patch or product we supply is made ethically, sustainably and with genuine care for the people behind it.

Global Standards
We work only with factories that maintain recognised certifications such as:
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
- WRAP – Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production
- ISO 26000 – Social Responsibility
Our Australian team regularly visits each of our offshore production facilities to see conditions firsthand and stay connected with our extended team behind the work.
Many of these relationships go back 20+ years. Same people, same standards, just getting better with time.
We’re proud to be a Sedex Member.

Our Local Commitment
Closer to home, we take a practical approach to sustainability in how we operate, pack and deliver every order:
- Recyclable mailers and minimal plastic packaging
- Reuse of sample fabrics and embroidery test runs
- Efficient dispatch and digital admin to cut down on paper waste
- Real volunteer work in the local Sydney community
- Donations and patch sponsorships for fundraising efforts close to our heart
We’re not perfect, but we keep improving. Doing good work means making sure it’s done responsibly… from the people behind the machines to the customers who wear the final result.

When you partner with MrBadges, you’re with one of the good guys.
