An embroidered badge is produced by a stitching process onto a base cloth, creating a textured and raised design effect. We recommend embroidery for designs that aren’t too intricate and text that isn’t too small. For more detailed designs, we suggest our woven or sublimated badges.

Ordering Your Embroidered Badges
When placing your embroidered badge order, consider options such as border methods, backing types, and whether you prefer visible base fabric or a fully stitched design. Personal preference often guides these choices, but we’re always happy to provide advice.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity for custom embroidered badges is 10 per design, although we can make exceptions for ranks or name patches. Naturally, the higher the quantity, the lower the unit price.
FREE SET-UP!
We offer complimentary set-up for completed orders. We can set up new designs using most artwork file types (e.g., JPEG or PDF), and we often replicate based on photos of existing patches too. No Design? No Worries! Our dedicated designer Rick can help turn your ideas into reality.
The Order Process
Request a quote by filling in our online form or by emailing sales@mrbadges.com. Be sure to include artwork, size, quantity, and finishing options. After placing an order, we’ll set up and email a scanned sample of your embroidered patch for review, ensuring you’re happy with your product before bulk production. Dispatch is approximately two weeks from sample approval.
