Ordering & Artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are perfect, but if you only have a JPG or PNG, no worries — our designer can tidy it up or redraw it for production.
Yes. If you already have an embroidery-ready design, send through the EMB or DST file along with thread colour allocations. Our embroidery digitisers are excellent, though, so it’s often worth letting us re-set it for best stitch results.
We manufacture using a lesser-known brand but can colour-match to all the regulars. We’ve got reference charts for Royal, Madeira, Kingstar, Marathon, and more.
Absolutely. We clean up, simplify, or colour-match your design so it stitches or prints cleanly. If it’s too detailed for embroidery, we’ll suggest woven or printed.
Usually 25 pieces per design, but we’re flexible for small clubs, first-timers, or repeat customers needing a top-up. The more you order, the cheaper the unit price (and vice versa).
Yes. You’ll receive a scanned sample for approval before bulk. Physical samples are available on request for larger jobs — or if you’ve got time up your sleeve.
Production & Products
Most embroidered and woven badges are dispatched from Sydney within two weeks of artwork approval. PVC, metal, and other specialty items can take a little longer. Always flag your deadline early.
Embroidery is bold and textured, woven is crisp and detailed, and printed is perfect for photographic or gradient designs.
Yes. Send a clear photo or sample and we’ll match size, shape, and colour. Pantone references help for accuracy.
Sure do. We also produce magnets, epaulettes, woven labels, and headwear. If it’s custom, we’ve probably made it.
We can mail you a sample pack of similar items so you can see and feel the quality. We can also make samples for your design — just check with us regarding cost.
Delivery & Deadlines
Yes. We can often prioritise urgent jobs if you flag your deadline early. Surcharges may apply.
Standard delivery by Express Post is 1–3 days within metro areas after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may take longer. You’re welcome to arrange your own courier pickup from our Sydney office once ready.
We’ll help track it down, but note that Australia Post “Express Post” isn’t always overnight. We’re not liable for freight delays once goods have left our Sydney office.
Yes, by appointment from our Gladesville NSW office.
Pricing & Payments
Our quotes are usually displayed ex-GST (since most clients are businesses). The standard 10 % GST is added at invoicing.
Yes — pricing scales down per unit as quantities increase.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards — VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX — as well as standard EFT bank transfer payments.
Please note: credit card transactions may incur a small 1.8 % surcharge.
Usually not for repeat customers, but new or large orders may require a deposit before production.
If sampling or setup has begun, cancellation fees may apply. “Free setup” applies to completed orders only.
