FAQ
Leather holds up great in everyday use but does best when it’s not constantly soaked. For all-weather applications, we’ll guide you to PVC or woven options. Some say the beauty is in the aging.
Most of our work is in faux (PU) leather for its colour range, consistency and cost efficiency. Genuine leather is available if you prefer the real deal.
We try to stay flexible and work with our customers for short production runs when needed (e.g., Qty 25 is ok). That said, the more you order, the less per patch.
Yes. Laser engraving (or etching) works beautifully with small text and crisp outlines.
Embossed means raised, debossed means pressed in — both use a custom die. Think of a big metal plate that squeezes the leather!
In a Nutshell
Leather patches aren’t for everyone, but when they fit, they really fit. They’ve got a quiet confidence that works just as well on a trucker cap as it does on a formal uniform.
If you’re unsure which style to go for, send your design through — we’ll help you find the one that feels right.
