Leather Patches

Classic embroidery, but on a leather base. You get the texture and colour of thread, anchored by a rich leather background. Great for caps, bags and jackets where you want something a little more elevated.

Clean, modern and subtle. The laser burns your design into the surface, creating a darker tone without inks or thread. It’s durable, uniform and works beautifully with fine detail and small text.

This one’s tactile — your logo or design is pressed into the leather using a custom die. You can leave it raw for a natural finish or add ink for contrast. It’s a favourite for headwear and premium product lines.
It takes an extra step to create the physical mold, but the result makes it worth it.

FAQ

Leather holds up great in everyday use but does best when it’s not constantly soaked. For all-weather applications, we’ll guide you to PVC or woven options. Some say the beauty is in the aging.

Most of our work is in faux (PU) leather for its colour range, consistency and cost efficiency. Genuine leather is available if you prefer the real deal.

We try to stay flexible and work with our customers for short production runs when needed (e.g., Qty 25 is ok). That said, the more you order, the less per patch.

Yes. Laser engraving (or etching) works beautifully with small text and crisp outlines.

Embossed means raised, debossed means pressed in — both use a custom die. Think of a big metal plate that squeezes the leather!
