Why request a sample pack?
Sometimes you just want to see and feel the real thing.
Our sample packs let you compare embroidery, woven, sublimated and other products up close. You’ll get a better sense of the colours, textures and finishes so you can decide what works best for your project.
Resellers and wholesale customers can also request a more extensive sample pack to support their showrooms and staff training.

We’re happy to share examples, but they’re not a way to collect freebies.

Yes – they’re yours to test out, frisbee, or use as poker chips.
Just note that they’re for demonstration purposes only.
If samples happen to have a company or business logo, they’re not for public use.
You’re welcome to mail them back to us if you like (PO BOX 882, GLADESVILLE NSW 2111), but no obligation.
We’ll mail them within a few days, then allow about 5+ days for snail mail (depending on your proximity to Sydney).

We’ll generally email through a scanned sample within a few days of order placement (then the approval ball’s in your court).
Express Post dispatch from Sydney is usually about two weeks from sample approval – call it 2–3 weeks total, often quicker.
