By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding contract between you (the customer) and MR BADGES.COM PTY LTD (we, us, our).

3. Products and Services
We supply custom embroidered, woven, printed and PVC badges, epaulettes, pins, magnets and other related custom items. You acknowledge that custom-made products are produced to your specifications and may differ from standard off-the-shelf goods.
4. Pricing, GST & Payment Terms
- Our quotes are often displayed Ex GST, as we predominantly supply business-to-business clients. In those instances, the final invoice will include 10% GST as required.
- Prices are as quoted and may change if there are design changes, additional variants or rush production.
- Payment must be made in full (or as agreed in writing) before production commences or dispatch.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Ordering, Artwork Approval & Cancellation
- All orders require approval of the final artwork (digital proof or sample) before production begins.
- If you cancel your order after artwork approval, after sampling, or request significant design changes, cancellation fees may apply — including for items promoted with “free set-up”.
- Because the goods are custom-made, once production has started you may not be able to cancel or receive a refund without incurring charges.
6. Production & Delivery
- Standard production time is typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval (unless a rush job or alternative arrangement is made).
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors. (For example, Australia Post Express Post is not always overnight despite advertising.)
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. You are responsible for arranging insurance for high-value orders if required.
7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Responsibility
- You warrant that any artwork, logo or instructions you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
- Copyright in our designs, digital files and production methods remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary files without prior written consent.
8. Consumer Law & Warranties
- We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You have certain consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded.
- For custom-made goods, return or refund rights may differ from standard goods — we will highlight any variations at the quoting stage.
- If the goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our goods, returns or exchanges are accepted only in limited cases (for example, manufacturing fault or incorrect matching after your explicit approval).
- Change-of-mind cancellations may attract restocking or cancellation fees, which will be confirmed at the quoting stage.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after a claim is accepted.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods you purchased from us.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business interruption, or cancellation of an event) arising in connection with our goods.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through this website, by email, or during order processing will only be used to complete your transaction, organise production and delivery, or communicate about your order.

13. Severance & Amendments
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may amend these Terms at any time; the version that applies is the one in place at the time your order is accepted.
